We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, including a bus stop right outside the hotel. This made it convenient for us to travel into Venice and explore the city. The hotel itself was situated in a relatively quiet area, surrounded by well-preserved gardens, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor cafe, where we could sit and enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They gave us great advice on sightseeing and made our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the gardens were well, maintained and beautiful. We loved the hammocks and seating areas, it was a great place to relax. the hotel was also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to get to Venice.

The on, site restaurant was expensive and the food and service were mediocre. We found better and cheaper dining options in Venice.

Breakfast was not very convenient, as you had to order in advance and remind the staff during the meal. the staff should try to follow their own rules with breakfast.

The hotel's location was fantastic. It was very close to the center of Venice, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the airport, the bus stop to Venice, and the Mestre train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They understood our situation when we arrived early in the morning and allowed us to check in. They even apologized for a mistake and gave us a complimentary fruit box. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful garden that provided a relaxing atmosphere.
